Overview
This depth filter cartridge is designed to precisely capture micron and submicron particles with a high contaminant-holding capacity.
It features a gradient density structure composed of ultra-fine polypropylene fibers, forming a tapered pore design. The all-polypropylene construction ensures broad chemical compatibility and low extractables across a wide range of fluids and applications.
The filter cartridge uses a self-bonding structure made of polypropylene filter material, consisting of multiple layers of fibers with a gradient reduction in fiber fineness and pore size. This high-porosity, progressively tightening filter structure allows the outer filtration layer to effectively capture larger particles, while the finer pores of the inner filtration layer act as a precision filter to trap smaller particles and impurities. This design significantly enhances the filter’s service life and demonstrates excellent economic efficiency.
All components comply with both EU and US regulations for food contact, adhering to the FDA Code of Federal Regulations Title 21, EC/1935/2004, and subsequent amendments. The filter cartridge is manufactured according to GMP requirements outlined in EC/2023/2006, with no material migration or fiber shedding, and it is constructed using thermal welding techniques.
The materials used do not contain any substances of very high concern (SVHC) as defined in EC/1907/2006 and EC/16/2001.
