The 540 g/m² (grams per square meter) / 16 oz/yd² (ounces per square yard) singed polyester needle-punched felt is designed for use in pulse-jet baghouse dust collectors.
The singeing process removes surface fiber fuzz, producing a smoother finish, which enhances dust release compared to untreated polyester filter materials. This material is durable, wear-resistant, and chemically resistant, and can be used in applications up to 135°C (275°F).
