Ultra-fine fiber cartridge dust collector filter cartridge utilizes an electrospinning process to produce ultra-fine, continuous, elastic fibers with diameters ranging from 0.2 to 0.3 microns. This nanofiber “web” features very small pore sizes and a robust cellulose filter media structure, which enables:
- Collection of submicron dust particles on the surface of the filter media
- Improved pulse cleaning with lower pressure drop
